Shipping Policy

Bloom with Luv ships worldwide*!

FREE standard USPS shipping is offered for domestic (US) orders over $75 USD and international orders over $175 USD**! After your order has been placed, you can expect it to ship within 3-7 business days, unless it includes a pre-order item***.

*Shipping is open worldwide except to the following countries, which are currently experiencing service disruptions. Shipping will open back up to aforementioned countries once suspensions are lifted. As of 12/10/24, shipping is unavailable to the European Union until further notice due to the new implementation under the GPSR.

UK customers: Shipping is offered only on my Etsy shop due to VAT. Please make your purchases through my Etsy shop at bloomwithluvshop.etsy.com. 

** Some exclusions may apply. Items excluded from free shipping will be noted in their description.

***In the case that you purchase a pre-order item, please read the specific item's description for the estimated production and shipping timeline. Please note that if you purchase in-stock item(s) with pre-order item(s) in the same order transaction, they will all ship together once the pre-order item(s) are on hand. If you would like your in-stock items to ship within the standard 3-7 business days, please make your in-stock and pre-order transactions separately. Shipping Methods Offered

Domestic

USPS
    • USPS First Class Stamped Mail: stamped letter mail with no tracking for small orders (e.g. stickers, prints weighing 2oz or less in total); delivery time is usually 3-14 business days
    • USPS First Class Package/USPS Ground Advantage: standard shipping with tracking number; delivery time is usually 2-5 business days
    • USPS Priority Mail: upgraded rushed shipping with tracking number and included insurance up to $200; delivery time is usually 1-3 business days

UPS

      • UPS Ground: standard shipping with tracking number and included insurance up to $100; delivery time is usually 1-5 business days

    International

    USPS

      • USPS First Class International Stamped Mail: stamped letter mail with no tracking (e.g. stickers, prints weighing 2oz or less in total); delivery time is usually 7-30 business days
      • USPS First Class Package International: standard shipping with tracking number; delivery time is usually 7-20 business days
      • USPS Priority Mail International: upgraded faster shipping with tracking number and included insurance up to $200; delivery time is usually 6-10 business days
      • USPS Priority Mail Express International: upgraded rushed shipping with tracking number and included insurance up to $200; delivery time is usually 3-5 business days

    UPS

        • UPS Standard: standard shipping with tracking number and included insurance up to $100; delivery time is usually 2-7 business days
        • UPS Worldwide Expedited: upgraded rushed shipping with tracking number and included insurance up to $100; delivery time is usually 2-5 business days
        • UPS Worldwide Express: upgraded rushed shipping with tracking number and included insurance up to $100; delivery time is usually 1-3 business days

      Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation and tracking number (if applicable) via email. Please note that it may take up to 1-2 business days for tracking numbers to be updated in the system. 

      The customer is responsible for ensuring that the name and shipping address provided is correct. Bloom with Luv will not be held responsible for incorrectly entered shipping information as well as any missing or stolen packages. In the case a package is returned due to issues with the delivery address, the customer will be responsible for paying the reshipping fees.

      International Shipping

      International packages may be subject to customs, duties or other fees which are not included in the shipping rate and are the customers' responsibility to cover.

      Shipping Insurance for Tracked Packages

      Sometimes, but thankfully not often!, tracked packages may go missing or get stolen after shipment. Bloom With Luv offers customers the option to add shipping insurance for tracked packages that do not already include insurance for an additional fee. This can be purchased here. Shipping insurance protects orders in the case that it gets lost or damaged while in transit. Shipping insurance can cover loss or damage up to the insured value of the goods, plus shipping costs.

      Request for Combined Orders/Shipping

      If you have placed multiple orders which have not shipped out yet and would like to combine them into one shipment to a single address, please email me at contact@bloomwithluv.com or go to my Contact page and fill out the form with your Name, Email, Order Numbers, and request so I can further assist you! Shipment costs may partially be refunded depending on the total weight of the package. Please note that there may be instances in which I may not be able to combine your orders as it has already been packed and ready for shipment, or the item may be a made-to-order item shipped from a separate facility.
