All sales are final. No refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations are accepted once your order is placed. 


Wrong Item/Missing/Defective Products

In the case that you receive the wrong item or the order/product has any issues, please email me at contact@bloomwithluv.com and send a picture of your item(s) so that I can further assist you and find a resolution.

Lost/Damaged Packages

Bloom with Luv is not responsible for lost, stolen, and/or damaged packages once shipped out. Please contact your local post office for further assistance.

If there is any concern about the delivery of order(s) before making a purchase, Bloom With Luv does offer customers the option to purchase a shipping insurance add-on along with their order for an additional fee. More details and to purchase, please click here

Did not purchase shipping insurance with your order? Please note that orders with tracked shipping and marked "delivered" will be considered delivered. Therefore, any packages as such claimed as "lost", "stolen", etc. and do not have shipping insurance, CANNOT be replaced or refunded without additional cost. After contacting the post office and if there is no resolve, please contact Bloom With Luv at contact@bloomwithluv.com. Customers without shipping insurance can either receive a 20% refund of their order OR repurchase their order at a 20% discount if inventory supplies allow. If the purchased item(s) in the "lost" or "damaged" package are out of stock, a 20% refund of the order/item value can be given accordingly or another in-stock item(s) of same value can be swapped instead.
